Some seem to think a cap raising is always a bad thing. n my view, sometimes but not always is more accurate.
I categorise CRs as either SURVIVAL or GROWTH transactions. Cottee knows what to do to generate shareholder value all too well. This is a GROWTH story. I wont hesitate to pick up my 30% at 40 cents.
