Point taken. However the last raising was before the GT3000 had been drilling at Merredin, the contract with Woodside and the testing of CLRS.
In other words the company has made advances since then although IMO have not kept shareholders fully informed as to progress of drilling and contracts etc.
I for one would have been interested in committing funds to a CR if given the chance, especially at 17c and options included.
Even though you say it is normal, I also believe that 6% is excessive payment for raising funds the way they have with this CR. Someone has lined their pockets with a pretty penny.
