The reason in my view that PZC is languishing is the very low cash on hand.Tho this capital raising will undoubtably cause short term pain,ultimately it is essential and lets hope this time it will be substantial, as this is a positive first step for an upward share price,which will be forthcoming, in absence of any unpleasant surprises.Lets hope the shareholders get rewarded in this new financing arrangement.
