You should also note that in September 2009 when they last raised capital they made the following statement:
"In the absence of new opportunities or major developments, the Directors have committed not to raise further equity capital for at least two years"
Given that we are not at the end of the two year period one must hope that a new opportunity or major development is behind this raising.
