You are spot on imo Spike,
It would quite simply be ludicrous for the company to conduct a spp now at only 30 something cents when post nasdaq listing the opportunity to raise much more capital at a higher price resulting in less dilution is the logical option.
I would be a little disappointed should yesterdays print media rumour prove to be true.
