I suggest you have a quick peek at the balance sheet before making a claim like that. Dont forget the credit lines that they have in the back pocket as well.
QBE is so conservatively run that a capital raising is very, very unlikely unless for a major acquisition and even then I would be sceptical.
If QBE needs a capital raising be prepared to see many other insurers go under.
Just more panic. It is all sell first, ask questions later at the moment.
