Rebel good points raised. I agree, i am not sure whether CPSS withdrawing to underwrite would attract a TH. From previous experience with underwriters withdrawing, there have not been prior trading halts.
Also looking back to PNO's trading halt history there has not been a trading halt regarding a CR or prior to a prospectus being released so it is quite confusing why a TH is required when everyone is aware of the CR.
Shall be interesting either way. Lets wait see the facts.
