Thats what companies do, thats what the stockmarket is all about. Otherwise there would be no shares, no investment and no market.
Most companies at the stage of development CMQ are have a lot more than 100 million shares on issue.
Have a look at the share base of most of the co's talked about on this site, compared to their stage of development. They all have to raise capital at various stages to continue, whether they have a viable product or not.
I think you will find the market will welcome the securing of finance to see CMQ through to commercial production.
By the sounds of it the technical hitches (re:filtration etc) are minor hiccups in the overall scheme.
It remains to be seen if the product lives up to the hype, and whether the market embraces it as to whether CMQ fulfills expections.
