capital raising

WFE has to be low on cash and late August announced that Summit is looking to raise capital for the company.

I assume the MOU with VS Lad is dead in the water?

Unless there is a corporate deal with a major end user I can see WFE will be doing a placement at 10cents range ... possibly with some attaching option to sweeten the deal.

Still find it hard to believe that FMS has a market cap of $250m+ but WFE is under $10m.

If there is a placement I would take it up.
