You're probably right, I would want to be sure about that second tranche being unconditional though before I buy. I will watch the announcement closely. Let's hope it is better than recent efforts. Trading is going to be very interesting.

Pity there is still so much uncertainty about the split but I have waited a long time before as a shareholder of ACL and my money found a better place, but I am prepared to have another go depending on the announcement and SP movement. No position yet.
