Yeah, I can see the reasoning also, just don't like another level of uncertainty being added at such a fragile stage.

I am not much for conspiracy theories but I truly believe insto pressure put on the share price to get the CR on their terms, is the main reason we are priced as we are.

That pressure is gone now; interests swing the other way.
The combination of an income and promising new products is attractive IMO. But we have to remember Fonda has a finite life, so other opportunities should be funded with the proceeds.
I reckon SP will steadily improve from here without the need for anything 'interesting' to be done.
