As a long term investor the state of the SP is becoming quite wearisome.Apart from creating dilution the SPP may not be taken up by all ACL shareholders.This would see further decline in the share price.Technically I think the next major support is sitting on 0.20c - 0.23c hence the 0.24 pricing.
I for one will not be throwing anymore money at ACL until there is more investor confidence to support the SP.
