To get the CR away they needed to "offer" to quarantine fonda rev's from future clinical spend. This primarily came from one party hence the split/oppies etc.
Does that guarantee it in the future... depends who you ask.
All this talk of Soph's makes it seem like the ACL CR is different from other minnow's CRs.. it isn't.
