Not sure if I'd use the word lucky as I'm not taking up the stock and there's nothing to say that the raising will force the stock lower than 24c.
KMC, PIO, POH, NRL (and no doubt others) have recently riased. Some have hit the raising price and some are not far off. AKM went way below the raising price so I would assume there is a high possibility that you can top up at the raising price if the stock trades lower.
