from others I've done (raisings) which have offered SPPs, sometimes you are eligible, sometimes not. I've not read in detail this one so not sure if eligilbe for SPP.
From the way I read it, the raising is in two parts and the offer includes BOTH parts which must be taken up to raise the full amount. No pulling out after the first tranche. You are committed to both.
The SPP, if offered, is at your deiscretion. No obligation to participate. Any shortfall normally goes to others who asked for full allocation.
SPPs are normally in one tranche and are capped at a certain amount. In this case I have no idea what it is.
