It has been interesting reading several of the comments made today by RMS shareholders and in general they indicate a lack of understanding of the gold industry and what drives value in a gold producer.
A CR can be a wonderful thing for several reasons;
- more shareholders = more turnover of stock
- large institutions that are long term holders
- CP price can set a floor to SP
- of course increased capital of company growth.
The last point is the critical one. How are gold stocks valued? Future growth and production is the simplest answer I can give, so don't worry about dilution of your shares, be happy that your company has big plans and is prepared to go out there, get into a strong position and continue to grow.
