One thing is a definite in my opinion and that is the stupidity of really pushing up the price of a potential takeover target by buying 6% of their shares on market.
Then having to declare their holding to satisfy ASIC regulations so everyone knows about it.
Sounds like its a smokescreen to me and the focus will be on another target.
If it is DRM however its a dumb strategy and I certainly don't consider the RMS board as dumb.
Will be interesting.
