This is about the only gripe i have with AVQ their cap raising Look at my previous posts i think Management are all good the Co i believe has a great future,
But i dont see how they can go into a cap raise at this stage of the court case without creating uproar amongst shareholders.
I have no problem if they go in before or after the deal but lets hope the deal is a done deal.
Ie If your coming on board pay up now at the lower rate and take the risk
I believe last time without looking i cant remember whom it was that came on-board at whatever cnts the deal was done but then if i remember correctly the sp tanked and the instos got the deal discounted further.
So what im saying is if your in, your in, take the risk as we the shareholders have had to do and if you dont want to take the risk then come in after the court case and pay the higher premium no moving the goal posts after the outcome of the court case.
There you go my only gripe so far with this stock just keep the deal straight forward no ifs and buts
Dont you all find this particular moment in time a little weird to do this
