The reason they are raising capital now is because the Solomon islands is still on the table ,this time next week it could not be , there is more interest from instos with the solomons on the table for a better price , if we lost the case could you imagine the price that the capital raising would be at ?

On the other hand it Is a sign of confidence from the institutions ,

Personally I think this one could go either way ,

Biesman, thank you for the info , you are most valuable , however when you say that our barristers performed SUPERBLY and that all we wanted to do was be heard by the panel of judges , to me superbly means a favorable result , which did not get delivered on the day , I hope for every ones sake they did perform as good as you say !!
