There are two ways at looking at this

The negative being the company is raising money before the court case results are handed down because things didn't go well

or

The case went very well and the other side had nothing to put forward in the case

imho, it's more likely the later.
What brokering firm would tips clients into a stock in a cap raising without inside info on how the case went?
No of them!!

AVQ Management looking after the big end of town with a cheap share issue knowing the case has been won
