why the sad face? Thanks to good management, shareholders are getting the oppty to fill up at 8c before the action starts. Don't you think they could raise cash in the market at 8c....of course they can. If they went and issued 30% of their shares out to some Chinese mob we'd all be screaming blue murder.
You'd be nuts to miss it.
