    Ok so let me see are they doing a capital raising? or trying to this IDC cash? And are they combining this with the consolidation? Trying to put out good news after the consol may help but that also depends on the market at the time.Lack of good news after the consol wasnt the only reason RES's SP fell after their Consol.

    FSE need to clean thier house up and get some stable management, TT inst the cure rather the illness.
