    It is a 'COMPLETED' placement.

    Having the broker presentation was a clear sign that GDN is looking to have investor getting in for a placement, probably at 1.5c.

    It is only a good thing for GDN to proceed with the POV with cash in the bank.

    The SP will back to 52 weeks high after this.
