Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful. Or something like that.

I have applied that princple to PLV for a fair while now, while averaging down in a big way.

If you are happy to wait, so be it. It is your money after all. I am happy to buy.

Next week will tell the story IMO. The last announcement made me a little happier than what I was before.
