    JB, when you finish reading this please clarify to the market why you chose to raise $5m at such a low price when we have:

    1. Existing cash at bank
    2. Facility with EDF?
    3. Facility with ABSA?
    4. Cash from SIOC?
    5. Cash coming from VanMag?
    6. Your current shareholders as a last resort.
