    My thoughts too giarc63. I suspect this is not the normal run of the mill CR and will come with a twist.

    Novous Capital are used for CR's and as holders they wouldn't/couldn't be used ( can of worms if they are and responsible for the sell down).

    Unless of couse it is simply to square away the Eagle ford commitment,( I think an SI on here mentioned they recieved an offer).

    Either way jumping the gun on what might be wont held anyone.
