    Cap Raising for Insto's and Retail investors ann out.


    Im guessing they are certain the gas is going to be abundant and economical :-)

    Shale Gas wells are expensive to drill so even the existing $ in the kitty might not have been enough for cap ex?

    what does everyone else think?
