IMO The Board should be sacked........... the previous cap raise was heralded as a success in it being oversubscribed ! it was obvious to blind Freddy that they had not raised enough at the time. they could have raised that amount from PUBLIC share holders, which they excluded and gave it at great discount to INSTO mates and or themselves.. WHAT A SHOCKING WAY TO RUN A COMPANY
