Read this post on another website and thought it has some points of interest that may explain why RMP are in a Trading Halt & RRs is not.
What if
1. Even with water RNS, Horn still referred to a working petroleum system
2. So, what if they knew then they had oil but were deliberately slowing down the newsflow to align with the political heavens
3. RMP are about to be bought our by Horn/AOI - after all, RMP don't have much else - so maybe they have a chance to exit early and Horn, based on what they have found, want another 20%?
Point 3 is an exciting prospect.
