totally agree stockholm
phoenix is looking more like a charred chook
than some mighty bird that will arise from the ashes!
if it is already known to the board that the farm - in
has'nt got any legs under it, surely they have a duty of disclosure to inform everyone .
ditto if the farm-in has been negotiated and delivered
is'nt there an imperative that shareholders should be
informed as soon as the ink is dry.
it can't be confidential as it belongs to the shareholders
and not the private domain of a board, and has many
implications on the future direction of this company.
come on guys, lets have a little bit more disclosure
and a little less of the coy
"will we tell them -won't we tell them"
whatever the outcome it will be interesting to know
exactly when it was settled and how long it took for
it to be disclosed .
after all without more information
why bother with subscribing to the offer when to all intents and purposes the current trajectory of the sp
is going to allow anyone to buy at or below the offer price.
the 52 week low is 0.83 and we are almost there again,
a few red days and we will be there, if not lower
the current decline in the sp may not be fully attributable to the way we are run, but i have not seen any attempts
at stemming the blood flow.
at this stage the disclosure of a negative outcome will have next to little or no impact on the sp
it's already happened!
at this rate all we are going to have
left is a bunch of feathers, so how about management
lifting your game and getting that share price
trajectory heading in the opposite direction.
the usual rider of do your own research is hardly
necessary as the obvious is staring us all in the face.
a little more disclosure and less obfuscation
too numb for any sentiment
