I keep hearing rumours from multiple brokers - very directly advising do not buy till this is sorted. History tells me that where there is smoke there is fire. If the company remains quiet then the share price will continue to slide and it will be unnecessarily dilutive. TAM needs information flow and drill results and reworked block models for more ounces now to avoid serious dilution for existing holders.
At 67 cents TAM are at pure explorer value of $60 per ounce - the same price as ABU. If it comes to this, then the board will have failed its shareholders.
Hopefully it will not come to that but if it does it had better be a rights issue to existing shareholders, not just a placement.
