I agree that the CR provides a degree of certainty for investors. It does mean that there will be around two billion shares on issue, however, if we average the funds raised across all shares on issue it will add around ten cents of 'value' to each.

I went out on a limb yesterday and suggested that LYC would increase borrowings rather than have a CR as had been suggested by some. It would appear that some info. may have leaked prior to today's announcement.

LYC has some work to do - with two billion shares on issue, production yet to commence, disenchanted activists, a quiet market, plans to ramp up, etc etc ...... a dividend looks a long way away.

All that aside I am still positive about LYC. Plan to hold my few shares and (if I can garner some cash) participate in the retail offer.
