I was looking back at the announcements and if this is the cap raise they were talking about, they must have set a new world record for the time taken to complete negotiations. That being said, now they will have some cash and they seem to have some sort of plan - I wonder how effectively they are going to use it, and whether I will have cause to regret the decision to take part in this raise?
