It's a mad market at times isn't it. These were selling at 0.8c a couple of days ago and even a tiny sale at 0.9c today. I chose a lovely time to come on board. I did a search of the shareholder list a little over a week ago and then since I live in Perth, last weekend I drove out to Point Grey to have a look at it and then went around to look over the Oceanique property. The company still has around 24 units for sale at Oceanique for a total asking price of just over $36 million. The woman who showed us around was enthusiastic about recent interest in the units since the capital raising which has made the company more secure.
Must say I have been a seller too today. To get a 44% rise in a couple of weeks is just too good to ignore. Point Grey looks fascinating and it could easily come good but it is a long way away I think.
