    CE , i agree that the company can not go foward from this point,Management are buying time and time is what is needed to sell all assets at NTA .If the company was to wound up how would they distribute the excess NTA to shareholders . A takeover of the oranisation would be the best result for shareholders. very intersting as to how this pans out, i know prime retirement went broke and they had a excess to nta but the shareholders got nothing .
