I've been watching AMA for some time, unfortunately havent gotten in for one reason or another and it's continued to rise towards the level I'd see as close to fair value. I like management's rhetoric around 'measure twice, cut once' for acquisitions - it's all too common for companies to go a bit spend-crazy once they've raised some capital.
Having said that I'll likely stay on the side-lines until there's some indication on what they'll do with the cash.
