    Is it just me or is the amount of the capital raising not entirely inadequate and only designed to handover the company to investment houses, to pay directors wages, the costs of the raising and to work out where to put the drill bits in the ground? The old PRE boys tried to work their magic yesterday but it failed on all cylinders!
