40,000,000 new shares at wait for it 2.7c

So there you have it - it puts a floor against the share price at 3 ticks above the close

Its not the end of the world in my view as it gives time to find the right deal going forward without the pressure of having those you are talking to thinking you are in the you know what.

Yes its dilution BUT if they have what we think they have then all will be well and with rising tensions in the middle east and in the south china seas being a producer is no bad thing.
