Nice for a change to see a management putting the interests of the company and its shareholders first. Those 20mill shares will now likely be offered at a higher price to insto's etc than 5.4 cents which means more money will be raised! No director should be allowed to undermine a companies wealth for their own personal gain no matter how big or small the Co is.
