Maybe wishful thinking but something does not add up here. The company has had months to prepare for capital raising and yet it waits until the last month to have a shareholder meeting (assuming we get 28 days notice) and when it does ask for a trading halt, it cannot get the notice out in time.

There is obviously a lot more going on behind the scenes than we know about. As I have said before, I bet we were very close to closing a deal but we have run out of time and Plan B is this capital raising which is a little rushed.
