These fellows are Chinese and there are 2 on the board. Try this on for size. This could be the beginning of a takeover offer . Who owns how many options? Now if they buy the shares and that gives them enough to mount an unconditional takeover offer they would probably get enough shares to give them board control. They could then (if they own the options) exercise them as it would simply be giving themselves more money and increasing control. They could then make another capital raising as it would again be putting their own money into their pockets getting more control and washing out any remaining shareholders. The present share price of this company is ridiculously low and presents an excellent opportunity for just this to happen. This is eerily similar as to what happened to Norton Gold?
