The stock fell from 1.6c to 1.3c when the company announced they were electing to do a quick $2mil placement to fast track AD exploration and development.
It was always going to be for around $2mil, it was always going to be a deep discount, and the market has had a week to price that info in...
People are acting like this is some sort of surprise, and those people need to DYOR. Look forward to some new drilling at AD asap
