Ø Offer Price at 1.10 cents per share

Ø To raise up to $2.72m

Ø Offer represents 15% discount to last traded price of 1.30 cents per share.

Ø Use of proceeds for minimum Working Capital requirements under the terms of Loan Facility conditions precedent.
