A CR usually means they are offering shares for sale to raise funds, and therefore dilutionary..
The current funding is via a loan arrangement and..

However burnt g keeps implying a there is a current CR and that he/she is getting shares/opies from his broker when there has been a trading halt for 8 months.
I just want to see the companies ann re that CR.
