Dazt49, There is no link to a CR. What we have is ann. from company that it is looking to be trading again once the conditions of the debt facility are sorted. One of those conditions is to have more than $1.5 mil in the bank. The CR is not a SPP, but a CR from SI's, as is usual in this sort of raising the details are posted (announced) AFTER the CR is done, or there maybe a notice that says trading halt pending a capital raising, but that is not here as AWD is suspended so no TH happening. If you want to participate you need to talk with your brokers (and have all you SI, 708 paper work in order)
