Who cares if shareholders are included or not?
If the placement is in fact lower than the current SP it will simply dip to that price (or lower). Pick up some more shares at that time.
I'd say there would be more than enough nuffies dumping after this raising to top up with the extra volumes you crave.
I'll definetely be having a look at topping up if heads to high 7's/low 8's at any point.
It's a long term game. Even the current SP should ultimately prove to be a bargain.
