    I am so sad to say, what I expected to happen, has happened, stock is going to 7 cents.

    I have just looked at the last quarterly

    cash 4.504m
    expected June quarter spend 1.600m

    So that means the company should have 3 million at end of June, why raise 1 million?

    something is not right!

    Is the market fully informed?
