Hoyland - i agree with your sentiments but suspect it will be double that sum purely based on the fact that the company is presumably talking to larger players in the US courtesy of recent road shows and Board appointments. These players will want to play with larger amounts, and frankly, the company would not want to be caught short of cash having announced multiple activities that will be expensive, but critical to long term value creation.

One issue that has not been discussed is the approval. Any significant funding will likely need to be tranched to allow for shareholder approval above the 15% limit. This CR could IMO be a somewhat drawn out process as a result.
