If the banks had agreed to provide funding then that wouldn't require a trading halt. My bet is that the company requires some "working capital" to keep running while the offtake agreements and bank finance are secured.
In the current environment small outfits like MZI don't have a lot of bargaining power so I hope they don't have to dilute us shareholders too much.
