ok, now im thinking pretty broadly here. everyone is assuming the cap raise is at todays prices and at a discount and doesnt make sense. but maybe it does.....
what if azz is actually:
1) in the final steps of selling its assets for cash
2) doesnt wanna pay tax so is looking reinvest
3) already has a project in mind, but it's too big
4) decides to raise cash (at NTA) to fund it?
its not such a silly idea.
